Good alternative to Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
1/2 c. sprouted whole grain cereal
1/2 oz. sliced almonds
1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
stevia to taste
Mix together all ingredients... it's that easy!
This reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. (Except this is way healthier!)
