1 med. frozen banana
1/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, any flavor
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
1 c. almond milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
