For a quick breakfast that is "Isabelosher," try this. It's so filling I have to remind myself to eat lunch and it's SWEET!
2 egg
2 slc. sprouted whole grain cinnamon bread
1/2 tbsp. butter
sea salt to taste
Butter the skillet. Crack 2 eggs in the skillet, and season with sea salt. Mix it up with a spatula to scramble the eggs. Remove when cooked. Melt butter in skillet and place 1 slice of cinnamon raisin bread to "grill" just like you would with grilled cheese; repeat with the second slice and make a sandwich. Enjoy!
