1/4 c. almond flour
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 egg
2 tbsp. honey, raw
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a ramekin.
Combine all ingredients in the ramekin. Mix with a fork until well combined.
Bake until batter rises in ramekin and toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, about 10-15 minutes.
Let cool for 3 minutes before serving.
