Cilantro, chili powder, and lime juice gives these turkey burgers a little extra kick.
1/2 lbs. ground turkey
3 tbsp. cilantro
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. lime juice
Finely chop cilantro. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Form mixture into 2 patties. Cook on a grill, a George Foreman, or in a pan with a little coconut oil on the stovetop. When burger is cooked to your desired doneness, top with avocado, onion, tomato, lettuce – whatever you want!
