Rich Healthy Chocolate Slice, the topping is so creamy and chocolatey, it hides the avocado flavour! A real treat, while getting all your healthy fats.
1 c. walnuts
1 c. date
1/2 c. cacao powder
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1 dsh. cinnamon
2 avocado
Blend in a food processor the walnuts, dates, and half of the cacao, until chunky and sticky. Press into slice tin, 20cm by 28cm approx.. Puree the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Spread over base. Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top if desired. Refrigerate. If desired the ingredients for the base can be doubled, as the topping is quite thick. Or you can also half the topping ingredients if desired. It is quite rich otherwise.
