Make delicious chocolate pudding in less than 8 minutes using superfoods instead of refined sugar and artificial flavors. If you’re not a big fan of avocados, this is a great way to incorporate this healthy fat into your diet.


    1 med. avocado

    1 med. banana

    3 tbsp. cacao powder

    2 tbsp. maple syrup

    1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/4 c. water


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend and use a spatula to stir until smooth.
