Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Muffins

If you love Reese's peanut butter cups, you will love these muffins. A perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter and it's actually good for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 3 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 2 tsp. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 1 pinch stevia, loose
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter, creamy, raw, organic
  • 2 dsh. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1/3 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Then add the eggs, peanut butter, and milk.

Stir until mixed well. Scoop into a muffin pan lined with paper baking cups.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
