I was craving chocolate icing.. this was the next best thing i could think of. I make the cake for the strawberry shortcake and then put this on top and it totally does the trick! This could also be added to a pancake in the AM..yum!
1 tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
1 tsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. cacao powder
Put all ingredients together and mix well. Add more cacao if you want it a bit more chocolate-y. Feel free to use any nut butter - whatever you like best!
