Chocolate Honey Chia Seed Pudding

Treat yourself at breakfast with this delicious and easy-to-make chia seed pudding!


    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    2 tbsp. chia seeds

    1/2 c. almond milk

    1 tbsp. cacao powder

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Combine chia seeds and cacao powder in a small bowl or mason jar.

Stir in raw honey and vanilla extract.

Add almond milk, and mix well.

Cover and let stand on counter for 20 minutes, or put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning. (If you leave it overnight, you may have to add more almond milk in the morning as chia seeds will continue to absorb the milk.)

Enjoy plain or topped with fresh fruit.
