My grandma taught me how to make chocolate gravy served over biscuits. My kids and I adore this. I woke up craving it this morning... so I invent this....yummo!
2 tsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. cacao powder
1/2 c. almond milk
1 sea salt
2 tbsp. brown rice flour
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
butter to taste
stevia to taste
Preheat 6" cast iron skillet on medium heat. Start a pice of SGB toast in the toaster. Melt the coconut oil in the skillet. Add 4 pkts stevia, dissolve. Stir in 2 tsp cocoa powder. As soon as the cocoa is dissolved, add the rice flour, stir till combined; remove from heat and stir in almond milk. If should thicken up right away, if not return to low heat. Put a small pat of butter on toast, and pour chocolate gravy over. Enjoy!
