A creamy protein packed snack that will satisfy your craving for chocolate.
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tsp. cacao powder
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. canned coconut milk
stevia to taste
Process all in a mini food processor until creamy. Add a little more liquid if you need to.
A sprinkle of coconut flakes looks pretty on top! Also delicious served with strawberries or banana chunks!
