Sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan-friendly chocolate pudding that tastes great? Yes please!!
1 avocado
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cacao powder
1 pinch sea salt
4 date
Combine water, cocoa, salt, and dates in a blender. Blend on high until thoroughly mixed together. Add the avocado, cut into chunks, and blend again until it is mixed in. The avocado gives it a creamy texture but doesn't overpower the taste of the cocoa. Top with shredded coconut if desired. Tastes just like chocolate pudding and your kids won't be able to tell the difference!
