1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 stevia packet
1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy
2 c. old-fashioned oats
melt dark chocolate chips slowly and on low on the stove- stirring often to avoid burning, stir Stevia and coconut oil into the melted chocolate; stir peanut butter into the chocolate mixture, stir Rolled Oats into chocolate/peanut butter mixture. When mixed well, measure out about 1/4 cup and form into "patties" and put on waxed paper to cool. I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup that looks like a scoop. My peanut butter says to keep in the refrigerator, so that's where I store my Chocolate Cow Patties. (After the comments, I added coconut oil to my last batch and they were better! For some reason I can't comment on this page- the tech folks are looking in to it for me. But I want you to know I appreciate your comments!)
