Chocolate Coconut Treats

You'll have your mates begging for the recipe! Makes 24. Each is 1/6 protein and 1/6 carb. Though 6 make a serving a couple at a time are enough - very rich and yummy.
Ingredients
1 c. raisins
2 oz. walnuts
3 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. cacao powder
Directions
- Blend coconut for half an hour or until a thick liquid.
- Blend in cocoa until well mixed (a few seconds.)
3 Add nuts and raisins and blend until roughly chopped (A few seconds.)
4 Spoon into two 12 patty pan trays.
- Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Turn out. (You may need to carefully hold tray on top of sink of hot water for a few seconds to loosen.)
Keep in sealed tin in fridge.
