This protein-packed pudding makes a great breakfast or snack!
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1 tbsp. chia seeds
3/4 c. almond milk
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
You can eat it right away for a quick fix, but due to the nature of chia seeds, the longer you let it sit (stirring every 10 minutes or so), up to 45 minutes, the more “pudding” consistency it will have.
