This high-protein shake is very creamy and yummy!
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
8 oz. almond milk
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1 dsh. cinnamon
ice to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
*Want a little less protein? Use only 1 scoop of protein powder and/or reduce the amount of cottage cheese.
