Gluten-free cake perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth!
4 egg
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. chocolate chips
1/4 c. cacao powder
1/4 c. coconut flour
1 c. canned coconut milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt butter and pour into a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, and cacao powder to the bowl and keep mixing using an electric mixer. Add maple syrup, baking soda, and baking powder and keep mixing. Add half the coconut flour and half the milk to the bowl and mix. Add the other half of the flour and milk and keep blending until you get a good mix. Pour the mix into a cake pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!!!!! (I recommend keeping the cake in the fridge for one day and eating it the next day.)
