I never thought blueberries and chocolate would ever taste this good together!
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. canned coconut milk
4 oz. Greek yogurt
1/2 oz. pecans
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. honey, raw
1/2 med. red apple
Chop apple. Mix the blueberries, apple, and coconut milk (or coconut water) in a blender until smooth. The consistency should be relatively thick. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
