Great post-workout snack with a touch of sweet! (And it's a great way to use up overly ripe bananas.)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 med. banana
stevia to taste
1/4 c. coconut water
3 ice
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1 tbsp. almond butter
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend about 2-3 minutes, or until all ingredients are combined.
*Add enough coconut water and ice to give you the consistency you want for your shake.
