I find that most people don’t need an entire chocolate cake or box of cookies to kick any potential cravings that come their way…just a little taste of something will usually do it. Have a chocolate craving? Try this yummy treat.
1/2 c. canned coconut milk
2 banana
2 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 dsh. sea salt
2 tbsp. maple syrup
Pour coconut milk into blender. Add bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness (this will depend on how sweet/ripe your bananas are). Pour into popsicle mold and freeze as directed.
