Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

Chili + lime = tasty burger!


    1/2 lbs. ground chicken

    2 tbsp. red bell pepper

    1 tbsp. cilantro

    2 clove garlic

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

    1/8 tsp. black pepper

    1/2 tbsp. lime juice


Combine ground chicken, diced red pepper, minced cilantro, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Use hands to mix well (but don’t overmix). Form mixture into 2 patties. Grill until desired doneness.

Dress your burger up: Top it with cheese, avocado, salsa, or guacamole – just remember to count any toppings in your Success Journal!
