Flourless, egg-free, dairy-free brownies! Original recipe by Chloe Moir Nutrition.
1 med. banana
1/2 c. peanut butter, crunchy
3 tbsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
14 oz. cooked chickpeas
1/2 oz. walnuts
2 1/2 oz. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
Place all ingredients into food processor - except for the chocolate and walnuts. Process until smooth. Remove blade, and mix in chocolate and walnuts (roughly chopped).
Spread mix into a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting into 16 pieces.
