This is a great dish for beef as well!
1 c. broccoli
1 med. green bell pepper
2 med. carrot
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. coconut oil
3 clove garlic
1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets
Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat in a pan. Sauté chicken in pan. Set aside.
Add broccoli florets, chopped green pepper, sliced carrots, and minced garlic to pan. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken to pan; season entire mixture with sea salt and pepper.
Let cook for another couple minutes, and enjoy!
