Chicken Salad with Pecans

Chicken Salad with chopped green apple.


    3 oz. cooked chicken

    2 tbsp. sweet onion

    2 tbsp. celery

    2 tbsp. yogurt

    1 tsp. dijon mustard

    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

    sea salt to taste

    black pepper to taste

    1 oz. pecans

    1 tsp. honey, raw


Place 3 ounces cooked chopped chicken in bowl. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt, black pepper, chopped pecans, and honey. Mix well. Chill for at least an hour before eating. Serve on lettuce leaves.
