A quick and easy, well-balanced meal!
2 c. broccoli
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 c. cooked quinoa
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Steam broccoli florets until tender, 5-8 minutes.
Heat coconut oil and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces to skillet and cook through.
Add broccoli and cooked quinoa to the skillet.
Stir it all up, season with sea salt and pepper, and serve warm.
