Chicken Parmesan Lite

Quick Italian craving stopper! This quick and easy recipe goes great with a salad.


    sea salt to taste

    black pepper to taste

    garlic powder to taste

    5 oz. chicken breast

    1/4 c. tomato sauce

    1/2 oz. parmesan cheese

    1 tbsp. coconut oil


Boil the chicken first to make sure it is cooked. Then cut it into small pieces, and lightly sear it in a frying pan with coconut oil just to brown it. Season with a little sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Plate the chicken, top with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese, and broil for about 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
