All the flavor of chicken parmesan in a healthier one-pan meal!
1/2 lbs. ground chicken
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. kale
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Brown ground chicken over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning just before the chicken is done. When the chicken is fully cooked through, add torn kale to the skillet, stirring everything together as the kale cooks. When the kale is a brighter green and the entire dish is heated through, sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything. Stir it all up, and serve warm.
