Fresh, healthy, tasty salad perfect for summer entertaining or a quick lunch
1 mango
1 cherry tomato
1 bag baby spinach
1 cucumber
1 hndfl. walnuts
1 cooked chicken
Put bag of baby spinach in the bowl first the mix in all the other salad items and walnuts. Add as much or as little veggies as you wish. Grill chicken pieces with seasoning and put to the side of salad. Salad dressing is an option to mix in with the salad. Ready to serve :)
