A nice and quick comfort food type dish. Served with some veggies it's a really yummy meal. :)
16 oz. beef sirloin
1 egg
1/2 c. brown rice flour
1 c. milk, raw or organic
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Mix egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. You could just use beaten egg if you'd prefer or 1 egg and some egg whites. Whatever works for you.
Put flour and spices in a shallow dish and mix. Then coat cube steaks with the flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture and then again into the flour.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add cube steaks to oil and cook for approx 5-7 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side until done.
Any drippings left in the pan you can pour over your steaks or make a bit more gravy with it if you'd like.

My family likes this type of dish with sauteed green beans and mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower. :)
