Chicken, Asparagus, and Sweet Potato Skillet

A delicious, filling meal that will help detox your body!

Ingredients

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1/2 tbsp. avocado oil

    2 clove garlic

    1 med. sweet potato

    1/2 c. chicken broth

    2 c. asparagus

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1/2 lbs. chicken breast

Directions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and season with sea salt and pepper. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 7-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from heat, and set aside.

Add peeled and diced sweet potato and chicken broth to the skillet, and cook for 7-10 minutes. Add asparagus pieces, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season with sea salt and pepper before serving.
