A healthy no-bake breakfast!
1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 med. banana
1/2 c. almond milk
1/2 tbsp. honey, raw
In a medium bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and mashed banana. Mix until dry ingredients are wet. Then, stir in the almond milk. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, remove the oat mixture from the fridge and drizzle with honey. Feel free to add in other ingredients of your choosing - chopped nuts, fresh berries, almond butter, dried fruit, cinnamon, etc. Enjoy!
