I have never liked the taste of tuna and barely ate it, but this combination somehow makes it less fishy. The addition of the chia seeds makes it a little different and very filling. Very simple and can be made ahead for salads or sandwiches.

    1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 sea salt & black pepper

    1 pkg. water

    2 oz. Greek yogurt

Fresh cooked tuna can be used with this recipe. Mix tuna (with the extra juice) together with the greek yogurt, chia seeds and seasoning. It can be consumed immediately if you like the crunchiness of the chia seeds. Otherwise let sit for 30 mins in the refrigerator until the chia seeds gel with the liquid, which will result is a smoother tuna salad. Add more or less chia seeds or greek yogurt according to your preference for a more moist or dry tuna salad. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for later use.
