Chia-Flax Crackers

Delicious gluten-free, egg-free crackers you can season however you want!


    1/4 c. chia seeds

    1/4 c. flax seeds

    1 c. water

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    2 tbsp. coconut aminos

    1/8 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 c. ground flax seeds


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grind the chia seeds. Combine ground chia seeds, whole flax seeds, water, garlic powder, coconut aminos, salt, and ground flax seeds. Stir to mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes to gel.

Spread mix evenly and thinly on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, remove, and cut into desired size squares.

Return to oven for 15 more minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until dry and crispy.

Store in an air tight container.
