    1/2 med. frozen banana

    1/2 c. frozen strawberries

    1/2 c. frozen cherries

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, any flavor

    1 c. almond milk


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
