Kale and fruit smoothie with almond milk.
1 c. kale
1 c. almond milk
1 med. banana
1/4 c. cherries, fresh, organic
1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice as needed.
