Cheeseburger Wraps

A nice alternative to a typical cheeseburger.


    1 lbs. ground beef

    2 tbsp. ketchup

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1 tsp. onion powder

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1/2 c. cheese, any type

    4 sprouted whole grain tortilla


Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix it all up. Sprinkle shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla. Spoon the beef mixture on top of the cheese. Roll the tortillas up like burritos. Grill them on a George Foreman, a real grill, or in a pan on the stove top for about 5 minutes. Cut the grilled wraps in half and enjoy with the condiments of your choice!
