Chai spices kick this gluten-free banana bread up a notch.
3 c. almond flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cardamom
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 lrg. banana
3 egg
1/4 c. honey, raw
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or butter.
Combine almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and sea salt in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
Mash ripe bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or hand mixer to mix well.
Add flour mixture a little at a time, whisking after each addition, until everything is well combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
