Fry cauliflower with cumin seed and bell pepper
1 cauliflower
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh ginger
red pepper flakes to taste
1 spg. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
Melt coconut oil over medium heat until hot, add cumin seed and crushed red pepper flakes, and a little bit minced ginger and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes and add chopped cauliflower pieces and cover, reduce heat to medium/low and after 15 minutes add diced green bell pepper and cover again. After 10 minutes add lemon juice and cilantro or parsley leaves as garnish.
