A healthier option for pizza lovers!
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
16 oz. frozen cauliflower
3 egg
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take a bag of frozen cauliflower, defrost it, and squeeze the extra liquid out. Put it in the food processor with eggs, Greek yogurt, dried onion, Italian seasoning, and sea salt for flavor. Form the cauliflower mixture into crusts about 1/2-inch thick. Arrange on baking sheet, and bake for about half an hour. (Optional: add a handful of shredded cheese to the mix.)
