Love this recipe! it is really easy, and can easily be adjusted.
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cauliflower
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Fine to medium, chop up the cauliflower, add to cottage cheese, and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to be creative, adding different vegetables and seasonings.
