I altered my homemade Catalina dressing since my son no longer would eat salad made with Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar and to avoid making two seperate salads, I BD'd my recipe and he approved

Ingredients

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

    1/4 c. honey, raw

    1 tsp. sea salt

    1 dsh. paprika

    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    1/4 tsp. celery seed

    1/4 tsp. whole-grain mustard

    onion to taste

    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

    1/3 c. ketchup

Directions

I have a salad dressing mixer that I bought from Pampered Chef and it's great for making your own salad dressings. Mix up all the ingredients and enjoy. Store any leftovers in the fridge. Not sure how long it will last since it usually gone within a week. I wasn't sure of the amount of servings since it depends on home much dressing you put on your salad, but this mixture makes about 10 oz of dressing.
