4 lrg. carrot
2 tbsp. coconut oil
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Simply cut the carrots into fry- like pieces, so they’re thin. Then toss the carrots in the coconut oil, salt, and pepper. Lastly, toss them in the oven, heated at 450 degrees, for about 45 minutes, or until brown. Enjoy!
