1 lbs. carrot
3 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. coconut sugar
1/2 shredded coconut
1/2 oz. almonds
first take pan and put coconut oil,then coconut oil will b hot put shereded carrot,fot 10 mnt.then carot is tendor put xelya or stivia,and u cover carrot,after 10 mnt u see carrot desert is ready,put in bowl sprinkle coconut and almond,ready to serve
