All the flavor of carrot cake in a smoothie!
1/2 med. frozen banana
2 med. carrot
1/2 c. almond milk
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, any flavor
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
