Dry rubs are low-calorie, low-carbohydrate seasonings that are simple yet flavorful. Use this recipe on Grilled Caribbean Chicken.


    6 tbsp. onion powder

    2 tbsp. ground allspice

    1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

    2 tbsp. paprika

    1 stevia packet

    2 tbsp. dried thyme

    2 tbsp. cinnamon

    2 tsp. nutmeg

    1 1/2 dried habanero pepper

    2 tbsp. lemon zest

    6 tbsp. garlic

    6 tbsp. onion


MInce garlic and onion. Mix together all ingredients. Store in covered container, refrigerated, up to 1 month.
