Famous salad with a twist: I use organic raw apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar
1 lrg. tomato
1 fresh basil
10 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 pinch sea salt & black pepper
1) Slice the tomatoes and cheese into thick slices 2) Layer the tomatoes, cheese, and basil, drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar on top. 3) Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve
