I use SO many spices these days! So I always like to have plenty of spice mixtures at hand.
1/4 c. paprika
2 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. stevia
Mix well and put in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. I always label my homemade spices so I don't forget what they are. :)
This makes about 2/3 cup.
You can add or take away whichever spices you'd like
