    1/2 c. walnuts

    1/2 tsp. butter

    2 c. almond flour

    1/4 c. coconut flour

    1 tsp. baking soda

    2 tsp. baking powder

    1/2 c. cacao powder

    1 tbsp. cacao powder

    2 tbsp. coconut sugar

    3 egg

    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/2 c. butter

    2 tbsp. canned coconut milk

    2 tbsp. coffee

    0 pinch stevia

    1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325ºF and grease an 8x8 baking dish with ½ teaspoon butter.

Mix dry ingredients, except for chocolate chips and walnuts, in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate, medium bowl. Slowly combine dry and wet ingredients. Add stevia (optional) and combine well.

Pour brownie mixture into baking dish and spread batter evenly. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into 16 brownies!
