Buffalo Wings

Hot spicy chicken.

Ingredients

    10 oz. chicken thigh, skinless

    1/2 c. coconut oil

    4 tsp. butter

    3/4 c. hot pepper sauce

    2 c. celery

Directions

Cut chicken thighs in half dry well with paper towel. Heat coconut oil in skillet when oil is hot drop chicken into oil and fry until lightly golden drain on paper towels, and set aside.

In small saucepan, melt butter. Pour in hot sauce and cook until bubbly. Put chicken into sauce, and stir to coat. Place chicken onto cookie sheet and bake in 375°F oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks.
